Fee Refund Policy

Pt. Kanhaiya Lal Mishra Vidhi Mahavidyalaya follows the fee refund guidelines prescribed by the UGC and the affiliating university for students who withdraw admission.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the college administration office.
• Refunds are processed as per the applicable UGC/University norms based on the date of withdrawal.
• Certain non-refundable charges, such as registration fees, may not be eligible for refund.
